Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any personalized/customized items unless faulty. Additionally, marked-down items from our WAREHOUSE Sales are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our style concierge at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Belfast warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired in your return request
  3. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Faulty or Incorrect Items
